What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal/Debit Card/Credit Card
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an email confirmation to your email address that you provided when placing your order.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you place an order, we will then email you to inform you when your order has been dispatched, with an expected delivery date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FOR READY PRODUCTS
 1. I accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made ( at latest due to we might be in a different time zone).
 I gladly accept returns Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
 Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

 2. Buyers cannot change their delivery address after the order was shipped out.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company.

I DON’T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS IF:
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
I can’t accept returns for:
-Custom or personalised orders

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & Â TAXES
For all international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.
Our prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.
These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.
 StudioS999 is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

The paintings are on a stretched canvas.
Commission images of Extra large sizes outside of the UK can be shipped in a tube due to the limitations of courier companies and for the cost of our customers.
Details are agreed individually and each client is informed about the form in which the image will be sent and the client can choose the best form

Custom images are sent only after the ordering party accepts the finished image.
 Images purchased in installments or with a deposit option are only shipped after payment of the full amount.
