Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may still be possible but materials and preparation costs will be charged.
  • If cancellation occurs 2–3 days after purchase, a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
  • Return items within: 14 days of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Commissioned artworks

Damaged or Defective Items

  • All artworks are fully insured during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged artwork, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund once the claim is processed.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
